If you are ever attempting to access Sharefaith resources from within your Sharefaith website and you are receiving errors, it could be that your website has become disconnected from your Sharefaith membership. This guide will show how to check that and ensure that everything is connected correctly.


  1. From your dashboard menu, select the Sharefaith menu item.

  2. If your screen looks similar to the following image, your site has been disconnected from your Sharefaith account and you will need to reconnect it by entering your Sharefaith account email address and password, not your website login information.

  3. If your Sharefaith site and account are connected, your screen should look like this following image.
