***Do not follow these instructions if you have not already added a domain to our system***

To discover how to add a domain to our system click here.

There are two different ways to point your domain, let's learn about each.

Option 1

A Name Record: This points your domain to look at your website on our Servers.

Use this method, when you want to keep your current email provider and do not want to switch settings.

A drawback would be: You will not be able to create a subdomain in our system. So, if you want to create a subdomain you will have to do so in your registrar.

To create your A Name Record Click on the "Go to domain Manger" Link

Then, on the domain that you have already added, click on the edit button.

There will be an A Name record set up and you will see a series of numbers to the right of it. Copy these numbers.

Finally, follow the instructions that your current Domain Registrar gives you to change, or, create your A name record.

Option 2

NS Records:  These will fully point your domain to our servers and your domain will be fully controllable in our system.

Use this method when you want to keep your current registrar, and want to have full functionality in our system.

Here are the NS records that you will need to use to point your domain to our servers:

sfname1.sharefaithwebsites.net

sfname2.sharefaithwebsites.net

Finally, follow the instructions that your current Domain Registrar gives you to change your NS Records.
